Welcome to this course and to this blog!
This blog will be a useful tool for you to practice your English skills and a way of communication not only between you and the teacher but among you.
The first activity you will do here is to introduce yourselves. Please, write down in comments who you are: what do you study?, how old are you? , where do you live?, what are your hobbies? , what do you do in your spare time? and what are your expectations in this course?

ReplyDeleteI am 19 years old, I am a student of statistics, I am in fourth semester in the National University of Colombia. I live in Bello Antioquia with my parents, my brother, my aunt, my grandmother and a cousin. I like to draw, to read, to write among other things. My expectations with the course is to learn and understand grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation in order to be able to read, write, and understand everything that is related to the English language.
Hi Juliana! if you like to read, I suggest you to read books, newspapers, magazines, etc. in English, in this way you can improve your vocabulary, reading, and grammar in English :)

ReplyDeleteMy name is Andres Taborda, I study mechanical engineering, I´m 22 years old, I live in robledo, I am from Medellin, My family made up of 5 peoples and we have a dog, My dog´s name is Tobias.
I like to disarm things, really anything!, I like to play soccer, to watch movies, to listen all kind of music, but I prefer electronic music, I´m fan of the cars and the car races. Finally I want to overcome my level of english in this course, stay in A2+ by the end course.

DeleteThe difference between indie games and gringo games is that gringo games is made by gringos and indie games deserve to a category of the games but it doesn't mean that the indie games can't be made by gringos.

DeleteHi, mi name is Alexánder Bacca, I am 23 years old and I study Politic Sciencie. I from Bello where actually live. I play Rugby, since 4 years ago, but ultimate I can’t play for the time between the university and the work. I live with my parents, and I have 2 dogs. Really don’t like the English, is not my favorite idiom, I prefer the Italian, or German, but I know that English is the idiom of many sciences, as the I study, where so much topics only found it in English. For that, I wait this course to learn a good vocabulary, to learn read text in English and of course speak English.

Hugo, we don't have the years in English, we ARE several years old, so you are 22 years old. how do you write and say "zootecnia"? please, investigate how to say and write that major in English. Pay attention to your spelling and try to write properly the words ;)
